Dutch Winner Show

The Dutch Winner Show is the largest and oldest dog show in the Netherlands and has been around for more than 100 years. The Winner Show is combined with the Fryslân Cup and the Tulip Cup. In recent years, the exhibition hasalso been combined with the HOND event.

The Tulip Cup is an all-breed one-day show on the Saturday before the Dutch Winner Show.

The Tulip Cup is not a title show like the Winner.

From 2024, the Dutch Winner Show will be an all-breed one-day show on the Sunday after the Fryslân Cup on Friday and the Tulip Cup on Saturday. This means that all registered breeds are inspected on Sunday. This way, exhibitors can earn 4 championship points for their title within a long weekend. The Dutch Winner Show is a title show and you can qualify to participate in Crufts, the largest dog show in the world in England.

Qualification for Crufts

The Winner is an “overseas qualifying show” for the next “Crufts” show in England. This only applies to the Youth Winners and the Winners (or the best male and the best female). More information can be found on the Crufts Qualification page.

Location of The Dutch Winner Show

Until 2019, The Winner Show was always held in the RAI in Amsterdam . In 2019, the Winner merged with the KC Nijmegen Christmas Show. Unfortunately, the Winner was canceled in 2020 and 2021 due to Corona. From 2022 the Winner Show is organized at the WTC Expo in Leeuwarden.
